Overview
SaloHub provides AI-powered CRM analysis services as digital products. This Fulfillment Policy explains how our services are delivered after purchase through Paddle, our merchant of record for payment processing.
Digital Service Delivery
All SaloHub services are delivered digitally and are available immediately upon successful payment confirmation. There is no physical shipment involved.
Service Activation Timeline:
- Subscription Plans: Activated instantly upon payment confirmation
- Credit/Balance Purchases: Credits added to account within seconds of payment
- Enterprise Plans: May require additional setup (1-2 business days)
Subscription Fulfillment
When you purchase a subscription plan through Paddle:
- Your account is immediately upgraded to the selected plan
- All premium features become accessible right away
- AI analysis limits are updated according to your plan
- You receive a confirmation email from Paddle with receipt
- Subscription management is available through your account settings
Credit Purchase Fulfillment
When you purchase credits or balance through Paddle:
- Credits are instantly added to your account balance
- You can use credits immediately for AI services
- Transaction receipt is sent via email from Paddle
- Credit history is visible in your account dashboard
Payment Confirmation
Paddle handles all payment processing. Once payment is confirmed:
- Paddle sends a webhook notification to our system
- Your account is automatically updated
- You receive a purchase confirmation email
- Services become available in your dashboard
In rare cases, there may be a short delay (up to 5 minutes) due to payment verification. If you experience longer delays, please contact our support team.
Access to Services
After fulfillment, you can access your services:
- Dashboard: All features accessible from your main dashboard
- API Access: Available for developers with appropriate plans
- Integrations: Connect your CRM systems for analysis
- Support: Access to customer support based on your plan
Service Limitations
Each subscription plan has specific limits:
- Starter: Basic AI analysis, limited monthly credits
- Professional: Advanced features, higher credit limits
- Enterprise: Full access, custom limits, priority support
Usage limits reset monthly on your billing anniversary date.
Order Confirmation & Receipts
After each purchase through Paddle, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email from Paddle
- A detailed receipt with transaction information
- Access to invoices through your Paddle account
- Transaction history in your SaloHub account
Failed Fulfillment
If fulfillment fails after successful payment:
- Our system automatically detects the issue
- We attempt to retry fulfillment up to 3 times
- You'll be notified via email of any issues
- If unresolved, a full refund will be issued via Paddle

Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew through Paddle. On renewal:
- Your plan continues without interruption
- Credits/limits are reset for the new billing period
- Payment is processed automatically via Paddle
- You receive a renewal confirmation email
