At SaloHub, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on subscriptions and purchases made through our platform. All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility for Subscription Refunds:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • The subscription must be in active status (not canceled or expired)
  • Refund requests for renewals are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Credit/Balance Purchases

Refunds for credit or balance purchases are subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
  • Partially used credits are not eligible for refund
  • Credits that have been applied to AI services cannot be refunded
  • A processing fee of 5% may apply to credit refunds

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@salohub.com
  2. Include your order details (Order ID, email address used for purchase)
  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Alternatively, you can manage your subscription and request refunds directly through your Paddle account or by contacting Paddle customer support.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully consumed or used
  • Subscription renewals after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Custom or enterprise plans with special terms
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your SaloHub account settings or via Paddle. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

Paddle-Specific Terms

As Paddle is our merchant of record, all refund transactions are subject to Paddle's terms and conditions. Paddle may be able to assist with refund requests directly. You can contact Paddle support at paddle.com or through your Paddle purchase confirmation email.
