1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SaloHub ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SaloHub is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • AI-powered analysis of CRM lead pipelines
  • Identification of operational mistakes and bottlenecks
  • Recommendations for improving conversion rates
  • Integration with multiple CRM platforms
  • Voice and chat-based AI assistance
  • Automated reporting and insights

3. AI Credits and Usage (Pay-As-You-Go Model)

SaloHub operates on a pay-as-you-go pricing model based on account balance:

  • Balance-Based Usage: Your account maintains a balance that is deducted as you use AI services
  • Per-Action Pricing: Each AI analysis, conversation, or transcription consumes a portion of your balance based on the complexity and AI model used
  • Real-Time Deduction: Balance is deducted immediately upon service usage
  • Usage Transparency: You can view your current balance and usage history in your dashboard settings
  • No Expiry: Your purchased balance does not expire and remains available until used
  • Automatic Alerts: You will receive notifications when your balance falls below threshold levels

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Merchant of Record

Payments for SaloHub subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment service provider. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that your payment information is handled securely by Paddle in accordance with their privacy policy and terms.

5.1 Plan Types

  • Free Plan: $1 balance included on signup, no renewal
  • Starter Plan - $25/month: Pay-as-you-go balance with monthly subscription
  • Professional Plan - $79/month: Pay-as-you-go balance with monthly subscription
  • Enterprise Plan - $149/month: Pay-as-you-go balance with monthly subscription

5.2 Payment Terms and Renewal

Subscription plans renew automatically as follows:

  • Monthly Plans: Automatically renew on the same date each month
  • Yearly Plans: Automatically renew on the same date each year
  • You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • If payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment
  • Account access may be suspended if payment fails after retry attempts
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

  • We will access your CRM data only as necessary to provide the Service
  • Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
  • You retain ownership of your data at all times
  • You can request data deletion upon account termination

7. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

SaloHub is designed for legitimate business purposes to optimize CRM lead pipelines and improve sales conversion rates. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SaloHub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That defects will be corrected immediately
  • Compatibility with all CRM systems or configurations
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaloHub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Non-payment of subscription fees after retry attempts
  • Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or User Conduct rules
  • Fraudulent or illegal use of the Service
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Using the Service for competitive analysis or unauthorized purposes
  • At our sole discretion for any reason that violates the spirit of these Terms

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period, subject to our data retention policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings, which will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, or through mutually agreed arbitration.
